Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients leave a key or door code. Whatever works for you is fine with us.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We bring cleaning products, vacuums and mops. If you prefer a specific product, let us know and we'll use yours.
Should I book a deep clean first?
If your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in a while, we recommend starting with a deep clean. Recurring visits then keep it that way at the lower rate.
How does the $50 first-clean discount work?
New customers who sign up for weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning get $50 off their first visit.
Can you clean before a holiday or family visit?
Yes. Holidays and family visits book up quickly, so reach out a week or two ahead if you can. A quick refresh works for a tidy-up before guests, and a deep clean is best if the house needs more attention.
Do you remove shoes at the door?
Just let us know if you'd like a shoes-off home when you book, and we'll make sure your cleaner follows it.
Can I reschedule?
Of course. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can adjust the schedule.
